Water Jet Cutting
Water jet cutting uses a high pressure jet of water that can cut sheet metal up to 25mm thick. With water
pressure of 45,000 psi combined with the effect of fine aggregate, even intricate shapes can be cut accurately
and easily. Brass, stainless steel, aluminium or mild steel can be cut without incurring the expense of tooling
costs, whilst the quality of cutting is such that only minimal polishing is required. This ensures the accuracy
of the finished product. The machine is computer controlled and can be set up to produce new items with only a modest initial programming
charge. Ideal for brackets, support legs and pad handles, the water jet cutter is often used for the manufacture of
bespoke items.

CNC Machining
CNC Machining is handled by our three CNC lathes, which are used to turn items from solid metal bar. Working
with brass, stainless steel or mild steel, the machines can accept bar from 10mm to 65mm diameter. Up to 12
operations, including drilling, tapping, turning and milling, can be performed on each item to produce
decorative turned products. Each of the machines is computer controlled and can be set up to produce new items
with only a modest initial charge. Automatic feeding of the bar from a loader attached to the machines allows
for maximum speed and efficiency when turning. And the quality of our turning is such that only minimal
polishing is required, ensuring the accuracy of the finished product.
